Privacy is of great importance to SOHO FILMS&TALENT, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as “IPD Talent”) and we want to maintain an open and transparent attitude when dealing with your personal data.
Therefore, we have a policy that sets out how your personal data is treated and protected.

We process the information provided by the persons concerned only for the provision of our services. Where appropriate, the processing will also include, subject to your express consent or a legal obligation, the administrative, accounting and tax management of the services requested.
The data you provide through our website are intended for the following purposes:
– To be able to manage the services, information and queries that you send us through the website, by e-mail;
– To send you information by any means, including e-mail and/or equivalent means, about appropriate and personalized services that you request from us;
– Manage communications by mail with interested parties and/or Users.
– To comply with the legal obligations that are directly applicable to us and regulate our activity.

– All the activities proper to the corporate purpose of the data controller, such as the representation of talents, organization of festive events, bullfighting and fairs in general, among others.
 
3. How long will we keep your personal data?
The personal data you provide will be kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected and to meet the responsibilities that may arise from their treatment, so that when they are no longer necessary or relevant for that purpose will be deleted.
You can always exercise your rights under current legislation by contacting us through the most convenient way for you. However, despite the existence of these general deadlines, we inform you that we will periodically review our systems to proceed to delete those data that are not legally necessary.
 
4. What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal data?

– 6.1.f) RGPD, on the basis of our legitimate interest (management of e-mail communications with interested parties).
5. To which recipients will your personal data be communicated?
The data will not be disclosed to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation or it is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose of the processing. We may share data with collaborators who, on their own initiative or at the specific proposal of IPD Talent, may provide some type of service for our clients.
In order to provide services strictly necessary for the development of our activity, we share data with service providers such as the hosting service or the web administrator, providers with whom we have signed the corresponding data processor contracts in accordance with current legislation on data protection.
 
6. Data transfers to third countries
No international transfer of your personal data is foreseen.
However, in the performance of a contract, for the management of the business relationship you have entered into with us, some of our service providers may be located in states outside the European Economic Area. IPD Talent informs you that the owner of the data, or the holder or holders of their parental authority or guardianship, in accordance with Articles 15 to 21 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on Data Protection ( RGPD), may exercise their right of access to the data collected by us, rectification, deletion (“right to be forgotten”), limitation, opposition and portability of such data at the postal address listed in the heading of this policy and also telematically at the email address lopd@ipdtalent.com, indicating: name, surname, address for the purpose of notifications and petition in which the request is specified, and must provide a copy of the National Identity Card or document that proves parental authority or guardianship. The aforementioned rights consist of the power, under the requirements of articles 15 to 21 of the RGPD, that the owner of the data has the right to:
– Know what data is held by IPD Talent and how it is used.
– Update your data.
– Limit the processing of your data.
– Exercise the “right to be forgotten” or deletion.
– Express your opposition to the processing in certain circumstances and for reasons related to your particular situation.
– Receive a copy of your data in an accessible format or request its cancellation.
– At any time, the owner of the data or its holder or holders of parental authority or guardianship may withdraw the consent given to the specific treatment, through the procedure indicated in the previous paragraph of this section, and this action may cause the unilateral termination of the contract signed by not being able to fulfill its obligations, if so specified in the fourth section.
 
8. Security measures.
IPD Talent informs you that in accordance with the provisions of the current RGPD of the EU and the Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, has implemented the necessary technical and organizational security measures to ensure the security of your personal data and avoid its alteration, loss and treatment and / or unauthorized access, given the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed, whether from human action or from the physical or natural environment.
9. Updating of the privacy policy
This policy has been drafted in accordance with the requirements of the Community regulation on Personal Data Protection, the General Data Protection Regulation.
We also inform you that this policy may be modified due to changes in the requirements established by the legislation in force at any given time, judicial decisions and jurisprudential changes, as well as changes in the performance and business strategy of IPD Talent. The publication, and access by users, will be made through this same site, it being understood that the relationships established with them prior to the change will be governed by the rules provided at the time of accessing the Web.
